Happy 2nd Birthday, Nick!!!!! * Philadelphia Toddler Photography

This next post is extra-special to me, for this beautiful babe is my baby brother in law! He’s the silliest, cutest little man who calls Ava “Areeva” or “Areeba”. Ava calls him Uncle Nick which makes us all giggle each time she says it! It has been awesome to see him grow, when he was born, he was all his mom in looks, and as he gets older, he is the spitting image of his father and his big brother (who is my hubby, JP).
Happy birthday, Nick! We cannot wait to celebrate with you!!!!!

Awaiting Baby H * Philadelphia Maternity Photography

I met this adorable couple on a beautiful fall day at Chestnut Hill College. We had a great time getting to know each other, talking about the upcoming birth of their first child, a baby boy! If their birth experience is anything like these two, it will be laid back and a little silly (here’s hoping, right Z?)! Enjoy the last little bit of your pregnancy, and the here’s to a fast and healthy birth! I cannot wait to meet little H!

Welcome Baby Calvin! * Philadelphia Family Photography

This precious little lady turned three and became a big sister, all within a month of each other! Her baby brother arrived a tiny bit early- actually about three days before our scheduled photo shoot! I got a text from her mommy while she was in labor saying something like, “Going to have to reschedule Saturday….”
It is always so delightful to meet up with this family, this was our fourth shoot together! Last year, it was a little bit crazy, because we did the shoot in the rain! 
This year was exciting because instead of a family of three with a baby on the way, we had a fabulous family of four!!!!
C family, congratulations! Party of four looks good on you!

Ring Around the Rosie * Philadelphia Family Photography

Little Miss had all of us running in circles at her house and down by the river- she was so cute! We played ring around the rosie, blew bubbles, checked out all her special toys, and explored the river- including boats and ducks! We had a great time together and I just cannot get over her cute little face—-and band-aids;)
As a mom of a toddler, I know ALL about the band-aids! We go through tons in this house!

Happy First Birthday, Caroline!!! * Philadelphia Baby Photography

Miss Caroline is about to celebrate her first birthday….AND she is getting a sibling within a few weeks!!! What a special birthday present! How her mommy is still gracefully running around after Caroline is beyond me, but she does it with a calm beauty, even in the summer heat!
Miss Caroline had a blast running around in Rittenhouse Square, reading, snuggling, and eating a very delicious cupcake (I can say delicious with confidence because I tried some icing! HA!).
Best of luck in the next few weeks, we cannot wait to meet the new little one!!

These two could have been professional models. Well, these three. Let’s not forget Phoenix the pup! These guys were up for anything, including a trek down into the funky-smelling subway! We had a blast and somehow escaped the crazy heat we have been having.
