I said it before and I’ll say it again– I love, love, love these babes. Everything from their names to their parents to their cute personalities just screams AWESOME!  We met in Rittenhouse Square and it was actually not hot! (WHAT?!)  It was cool and a little overcast, making it perfect photo session weather.  I cannot believe these two are already one…look at them go!

This adorable family were the other winners of our facebook photo contest!!!!  I knew from her entry picture, Little C was going to be full of energy and personality, and though she appeared quiet at first, soon enough we had her dancing and “modeling”! She pulled out all her best moves and they were awesome!!!!!!

This is the family that won first place in our big facebook photo contest last month! Look how stinkin’ cute they all are! It’s insane, I don’t even know where to begin! Each one brought their own spunk and personality to the shoot and they rocked it. At the end of the session, mom (who was now covered in spit up, feeling totally exhausted from kid wrangling) mentioned that she hoped I was able to get SOMETHING good from the chaos. I smiled and assured her that I had, and assured her that almost every mom worries about the same thing during sessions:)  We moms are so busy being moms half the time, that we don’t realize what is being captured as it’s unfolding- that’s a pretty cool thing about custom photography. So yes, Steph, we got SOMETHING good, we got a TON of good! Thanks for making the long drive to see me!!!!!!

Oh my, we were feeling adventurous this day! It was drizzling while we were driving there, got a little heavier as we were getting out of our cars, and turned into a full-on downpour a few minutes after we started shooting!!!!  I had my ac on in the car, and didn’t even think about the fact that the humidity was 10,000%, so we had to wait for my camera to “warm up” aka de-fog before we could start. Poor dad was holding an umbrella over my head and we were ALL soaked by the end….but it was sooooooooo worth it! Little J had a lot of fun running the show, and we had fun chasing her!

Happy second birthday J, and happy THIRD session, C Family!  It’s always such a pleasure to work with you!!

Contest Winner[s]!!!!!!!

Voting ended late Friday night and I was left with one winner and one missed-it-by-a-hair winner, both of whom had 300+ votes!!!

What’s a girl to do? I decided to give TWO sessions away as a thank you to our leading ladies.  EVERYBODY did so well, everybody tried so hard, and I want to thank all 59 participants!  Contest participants will receive an email this week regarding an exclusive event open only to them, just waiting on a confirmation from an outside source before I proceed with details!
