Ava took Mommy and Me Ballet this fall an it was just the most deliciously fun and cute thing ever!! The girls had a blast tip-toeing, spinning, and jumping!

A Little Update

Hi everybody! It’s been super quiet on this blog hasn’t it!?

We have been busy on all kinds of good things, but the big news is that we are now offering workshops!!!!

Introducing…

Woo hoo!!! Snap Shops~ Photography Workshops for Women!

We opened two dates last week and they sold out in a matter of two days! Stay tuned and join the mailling list if you are interested because we will be offering more dates soon!

We have also been writing reviews and other good posts at Cait’s Picks, so check us out over there.

Hmmmmm what else? Well of course, there is always my day job, teaching, and my family which keeps me busier than ever these days. My husband made a career switch and we are experiencing the busy season of the accounting world right now!

We have SO many newborn and maternity sessions on the books for this calendar year, just be prepared. If you have baby fever, you might want to step away:)

This next post is extra-special to me, for this beautiful babe is my baby brother in law! He’s the silliest, cutest little man who calls Ava “Areeva” or “Areeba”.  Ava calls him Uncle Nick which makes us all giggle each time she says it! It has been awesome to see him grow, when he was born, he was all his mom in looks, and as he gets older, he is the spitting image of his father and his big brother (who is my hubby, JP).
Happy birthday, Nick! We cannot wait to celebrate with you!!!!!

It is insane for me to even write this post, how is my precious sweet niece THREE years old already? It seems like just yesterday I stood next to my sister and brother-in-law in the labor and delivery suite, just waiting on pins and needles for Lily to be born

Lily is no longer that little chubby tomato baby as I affectionately used to call her (red hair), she is now a long-legged, mature, sassy, intelligent PRESCHOOL student with the most delicious hair you could ever imagine!  Nothing gets by this kid, she is the best. She is loving and sweet and ridiculously funny.  She likes to get down and dirty with the horses at Pony Club, but then comes home and immediately throws on her Belle dress, crown, jewelry and yellow plastic light-up “heels”!

Lily Jean, you rock. You are Ava girl’s best friend (Ava refers to her as her girlfriend, not her cousin), and you are Aunt Kay-Kay’s leading lady!

I LOVE YOU LJ!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I don’t have favorites or anything, but if I did (IF), these guys would be right up there. No session is calm, no session is without some crazy phrase being blurted out, no session is without tears…..but each session is filled with love, laughter, and silliness! I love these little guys like they’re my own, and their parents are bad either!!!
