Welcome to PHOTO Tips Friday!!!
We asked you what your biggest photographic frustrations are (say that 10x fast) on our facebook page and we LOVED the answers! If you didn’t get a chance to add your answer, please feel free to list yours in our brand-new shiny facebook comment box down below! If you don’t have facebook (gasp, Lis! I know you’re reading!), you can submit your comment the old-fashioned way still! 🙂
“My subject runs away from me”
I have to admit, this one made me laugh. I just imaged this poor woman working so hard for a photo while each child/adult she approaches runs for the hills. Thankfully, I believe she was speaking about her own child. And I get it. With a Masters in Education, seven years special ed teaching experience, and almost five years as a mom… I.Get.It.
Kids are fast, fun, and on the go. That’s how they should be, that’s what makes them who they are, but it’s sure not helpful when trying to capture them in a photo or two (or 200!)!
Check out these two suggestions for engaging your subject and in turn, making better photographs.
We have been nominated in two categories on Montco Happening List! Thank you for your nominations and your votes! Please take a moment to visit the list and vote for us.
