A Day in the Gardens * Philadelphia Family Photography

This sweet family met me on a very hot and very humid day, so it’s no wonder we headed straight for the fountains upon arrival at the gardens! This session was extra special because it was baby girl’s first birthday! What a way to welcome in her next year! K’s big brother kept us busy – hunting for groundhogs, trains and other exciting woodland things!

Looking through these, I do not know how these guys were not completely hot and sweaty, I know I was!

Happy First Birthday!! * Bucks County Family Photography

It is hard to believe Miss I is already one-year-old! She is still a tiny little thing, but she has grown and gotten so mature! Her best doggy-friend Lulu came to our shoot to celebrate–let’s be honest what would a photoshoot be without Lulu? She has been in all the others with her family! Lulu has learned to step aside a bit, to allow Baby I to shine in the spotlight for a few photos. How gracious of her!

I hope I’s birthday was fantastic!!!!!

I have been fortunate enough to work with this sweet family since their oldest was just a babe, and he’s about to turn four!!! His little sister has gone from tiny little thing to an energetic full-of-life 18-month-old! That is the best part of this “job”~ watching families grow together! It was really cool to see the difference in big brother Andrew this time around, I have to say, I think he’s becoming a little man~ so mature! He told me all about his favorite dinosaur and about his upcoming birthday, very cool!

Summer Lovin’ * Philadelphia Family Photography

Hi everybody! It has been awhile since I have take the time to do a personal post, and it’s something I really enjoy, so I thought, why not? We had a great weekend up in the Ponconos this past weekend with my in-laws. The have a great cabin right on the water, so my husband, daughter and I packed everything up and hung out for three days as a mini-vacation. My daughter LOVES spending time with Granny and Go-Go and already is showing signs of being a water bug. She loves feeding the fish, the ducks and the swan (affectionately known as Ferris, the “hahn”). She makes toot noises at the geese to scare them away from the dock, and snuggles with her bulldog uncle, Titus.  This time around, she checked out the new double kayak, and returned to her old favorite, Go-Go’s boat!

We watched fireworks on the dock each night, and cooked lots of delicious meals together!

 

Abers actually stayed up there with Granny and Go-Go for a few days while J and I came home to work. We are SO missing her, but today she refused to even talk to us, because she was too busy coloring and hanging out on the beach. Guess she does not miss us too badly, huh?
