Sweet baby E’s mommy is my co-worker, so I have been looking forward to this session since last fall!!!!  While working with the S family, I found out E’s dad knows my brother-in-law through an advisory board they both belong to, small world!!!

E’s daddy was VERY kind to us, as we dressed E and headband after headband, frilly dresses, butterfly wings, and swaddles! If I ever look to hire an assistant, I will have to convince T to quit her job as a physical therapist to join me, we are just cut from the same cloth!

S family, thank you for having me! I really am honored to have taken E’s newborn photos!

I just cannot believe Little V is one already! It seems like yesterday I was at her house marveling over her gorgeous nursery, pointing out her dark hair (like daddy), and gushing with mom over all things pink.  V’s mama is the uber-talented owner of Elegant Engagements, so when you’re done here, head over and check out her site. Now I don’t have favorites or anything, but if I did (IF), these guys would be right up there. No session is calm, no session is without some crazy phrase being blurted out, no session is without tears…..but each session is filled with love, laughter, and silliness! I love these little guys like they’re my own, and their parents are bad either!!!

The K’s and I go way back and Nicole is like my right-hand-lady these days. If you have not hopped over to her website yet, you truly must. She is so skilled, so creative. She has also launched another venture- Techmomogy~ a website that helps make technology easier to understand and access!  I cannot believe we survived this session. It was 8,000 degrees, Nicole sat in bird Poop, and Cole was running far, far away from the camera at every chance he got! Thankfully, we rocked it, Cole sat a few times for us, and we got some great action shots, too. I cannot believe how big he is, he is already 18 months! I have been photographing him since he was in the womb, crazy!!!

The M family and I braved 100 degree heat! Ack! Look at this adorable little family though, you would NEVER know! The boys kept us going 100 miles per minute, so we really did not even have time to think about the weather!  What I loved most about these two little guys is the fact that they could not be more opposite if they tried. Not only that, L is a carbon-copy of his dad, and R is his mama’s twin. Too cute!!!!

The K’s and I go way back, all the way back to M’s newborn session, and she will be three this fall! Now M has a sweet younger brother and another sibling on the way- how time flies when you’re having one! The M’s are always fun to shoot with- they come with a laid back, anything goes type of attitude, the best!  We met at Ursinus College and explored the beautiful campus together.

Meet Jackson * Philadephia Baby Photography

I am pretty convinced Jackson was born to have the camera on him. He has the most beautiful skin tone, large round eyes, and a looks that will have you giggling for days!  I probably could have just moved in with Jackson and his parents, we got along so well! I had a blast talking coffee, nutrition, real estate, business, all kinds of good things! Jackson’s parents are realtors in Center City, which I find very fun and exciting! Check out the view from their porch. We risked certain death by standing on it to get some photos but it was well worth it!!!

 

Save the Date: Ava’s Tea Party!!!!

On Saturday, July 23, we will be hosting a day of mini sessions in the Ambler-North Wales area (in Montgomery County).  The mini sessions will be set in a mock tea party setting!!!! Sessions will last 15 minutes and each grouping will receive 5 images on CD.  Up to four children may sign up for each time slot, at $50/child.  A majority of the funds will be donated to our favorite local charity, Mommy’s Light.  The tea party is in honor of Ava’s Tea Party, a tribute to all little children whose lives are taken too early.

We will begin taking bookings later this week and will post again when it is open.
