Behold! My youngest newborn yet!!! Little baby E is only 5 days old in these photos. You would never know it, would you? She reminds me so much of my daughter, so alert, ready to get the party started. Miss E, though awake for most of the session, was wildly well-behaved. She was awake and content to be awake. At the end, we did get her to take a little snooze, so I would say she is the perfect angel!

This little guy came out of the womb already being awesome. He rocks a Bob Dylan onesie, smiles for the camera, slept through his session, and let’s face it, he’s adorable.  These pictures where taken on day 7, so he was still so fresh and new…ah I love it!

Oh, maybe I forgot to mention, he’s my new baby cousin! My husband’s aunt and uncle were blessed with their first boy (after FOUR girls) a few weeks ago. So incredibly exciting!

Client Preview: The D’s * Philadelphia Family Photography

Oh my goodness. I said it the other day- spring has arrived. Bye bye, dark sweaters! Bye bye, bulky scarves!

Spring is here and my clients are ready. In fact, I am convinced my recent clients might secretly have hired professional “dressers”. Remember the outfits in this session?  Well my next session was equally as awesome! Love me some polo shirts, jeans/jean skirts, and CUTE kids (okay, okay, I know, mom & dad are cute, too!)!!!!!

This cracks me up…

Their middle daughter reminds me so much of me, which in turn reminds me of my daughter. Silly, goofy, sassy.

The oldest daughter was mature, patient, and oh-so-sweet!

The youngest, a boy, was beyond adorable. Full of energy, totally going with his own agenda!

It was SO good to meet you, D’s!!!

I am creative. I am restless. I am a bit wild.

I get bored EASILY.

I love rearranging furniture, closets, and picture frames on the wall.  Thankfully, my graphic designer is ever so willing to help me out when I get the itch with my logo & website (hey Nicole-want to help me with the closets, too?)!

I emailed Nicole from Voila Customs and told her what was on my mind. Specifically, “I still love my logo, but it’s too not spring-y. Same with the background on my site. Can you help?”  It only took us a few email convos back and forth before we had it perfectly perfect! She’s an artistic genius!

AND a new header, but I can’t take a screen shot of flash, sorry.  Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Whenever I say yeah, yeah, yeah, excitedly, my 11-month-old busts out some funky bodyrolls. Wonder where she gets her awesome-ness from!?

Sping.is.here.

THANK GOODNESS!!!! We had plenty of Winter Wonderland, which was beautiful, but I am ready for birds chirping, green grass, delicious smelling photos, and to feel the warm sun on my skin!

This weekend, we were treated to the perfect spring weather. The energy was felt in all of my sessions this weekend- first up, the S kids.

B.  B is serious. He is sweet. He has kind, sparkling eyes.  His smile is infectious.  He is patient with his little sister….

…which brings me to R. She’s 2. But she’ll tell you she’s 3. If she stills still long enough for you to hear her. She is wild, funny, and on-the-go. Her blond curls are sweetly angelic.

Seriously, I get paid to do this!?
