Okay prepared to be blown away- meet Nicole of Voila Customs, her sweet husband and their adorable dog!  Nicole is the magic behind this blog as she’s designed my logo, watermark, background picture, she even did Ava’s birth announcements!  I would be so lost without her!

N & J are expecting a little boy in December.  They have designed a gorgeous nursery in Nicole’s favorite colors.  I love that this nursery is appropriate and lovely for a baby without sacrificing class and elegance!

Thank you, K’s for the pumpkin spice coffee, I’m still thinking about it!  Best wishes for a healthy and fast labor, and I will see you when Cole arrives!

Client Preview: F Family * Philadelphia Family Photography

This sweet family came all the way from NYC for our session last weekend. Now don’t get me wrong, I love ALL of my clients, but I really am amazed by the ones that travel so far for a session with me, so for that thank you F family!

I’m happy to report it was oh so worth it.  These two boys belong in a Gap advertisement. Actually, I’m pretty sure the entire family would do well in a commercial advertising campaign. They’re just so….beautiful!

I had a lovely time with you guys (and Grandma!) even though it was FREEZING!

I really love the above image and the one below because dad is in the NYPD. I love the symbolism of him holding his boys, and I love the quiet moment with his darling wife. Thank you for being one of our brave heroes, J!

Seriously Cool Stuff Saturday

Great concerts with great friends, they’re just the best, aren’t they?  Last week we went to the Spectrum to see Bruce Springsteen play one of the last concerts ever in that building.  Not only was “The Boss” amazing, but the whole stadium was rockin’ and it was an appropriate farewell to the building that holds so many memories for so many of us!

Meet the C’s–they are expecting a beautiful baby girl in just a few short months (stay tuned for those pictures).  The whole time I was editing I could not stop thinking how much M lookes like Claire Danes…doesn’t she? She’s gorgeous!  I clicked instantly with these two- so much so that a few times we got so distracted talking that we had to remind ourselves to “get back to work”.

I really enjoyed this session and LOVE the results we got!!!

They took a picture from one of our sessions and blew it up into a poster as decor at her Sweet 16 Birthday Party.  It looks like something out of Super Sweet 16 (MTV), no?  This is the beauty of purchasing digital files–want to create something fabulous a year after your shoot? You can!!!

I have been very lucky lately to photograph all these ridiculously sweet babies–many of whom are Ava’s age! This little honey is just one week older than Ava! Look how cute! Look at her hair! It is pure awesome-ness.  Mom and Dad (who are the owners of Kolbe Design!) said that it recently went effortlessly into a mo-hawk- I bet that was sickly cute.

A came to the shoot pleasant and ready to go. She hung out in a tutu, ate some ornaments, and snuggled her parents right up!

This family is so adorable. Little G just turned one years old and he is on.the.go!  His mom just planned an amazing airplane themed birthday party for him that they had yesterday—in all that rain.  Thankfully she was able to easily adapt because she happens to be a wedding & event planner!  Check her website out here.
