But finally, finally you get to meet JESSE!!!!!
Jesse is Vivian’s husband of 7 years, and Xander’s daddy.
We finally got a session scheduled that involved Jesse. These were taken at their beautiful home yesterday morning. Everytime I am at Vivian’s I am soooo jealous. They’ve put a lot of work into this house and it shows- it’s just gorgeous!

Meet Gianna, Maria, Andrew, Jim and Angela!

I must work with some awesome people because several of my co-workers have become my clients! This weekend I met up with Jim and his wife, Angela…along with their three SLEEPY kids! All three kids had decided to sleep in that morning and were having trouble waking up. Oh, but that didn’t last long. We headed down to the lake and began playing in the water. Everybody seemed to have a lot of fun during the session (myself included).

Andrew, the oldest and the only boy, was just adorable- I mean handsome. He was laid back, a little nervous, and yet totally self-assured in his looks! I think Andrew will need to call me in a few years when he is ready to start modeling- can’t you see him in a magazine with that awesome hair and beautiful eyes? (He’s only 10!)

Maria, the middle child and oldest daughter, was great. Total middle child (like me). She was helpful, nurturing, sweet, and then in a split second, devious (hey we have to get our kicks in where we can, right Maria?). I am noticing a theme in this family- look at her gorgeous expressive eyes!!

Lastly, we have Gianna, “the little one”, or as her parents call her, “the diva”. Gianna (2 years old) showed up with a pink purse and sparkley sunglasses. Throughout the session, she let you know if she was happy or notsomuch. I love her pretty hair (we lost the barrette within the first 5 minutes of the shoot) and her (you know it) beautiful eyes.

Mama Friend

Don’t you love facebook? I have reconnected with so many people from my past, it’s so fun. Recently, I accepted a request to join Mama Friend, a message board started by Josh and Jen, two people I have known for a very long time (Jen and I used to sing in the church choir in…..3rd grade? And Josh and I went to school together starting in JR High.) They are married now with a gorgeous daughter and a tiny cute baby boy, and they have put their heads together to start an online community for mothers to come together to share, support and laugh.

Meet Lindsay, Cole, and Jamie!!!

On Saturday I met with somebody I have not seen in YEARS!!! Lindsay and I went to elementary school together, but she was older than me. We were reconnected by her brother Kyle who saw my photographs on www.facebook.com (Thank you KYLE!)
I met Lindsay with her husband and son, Cole, at Jamie’s grandparents house (with is delightfully beautiful).

We had a great time chasing Cole and trying to make Jamie kiss Lindsay’s belly (didn’t happen). You can see through the pictures how cute and energetic this family is…I have never seen a mommy-to-be with so much energy!

Jamie, Lindsay and Cole, thank you for inviting me to spend time with your family–I can’t wait to see you in a few weeks when the new little one arrives.

Meet Maura, Kathleen and Vinny!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Maura who just turned one year old last month. Oh my, what a ball of cuteness. She is rockin’ deliciously round cheeks and a totally cute bob haircut! (Don’t even get me started on the baby blues…dreamy!)

I met Maura’s mom a few years ago while planning our wedding on theknot.com. I recieved a message stating: I used to be friends with your fiance.
I was like who in the world???? Well, we ended up becoming friends, and JP and her reconnected (as we got to meet her then fiance, now hubby Vinny). As life takes us in so many directions, Kathleen and I don’t get too see each other that often, as made evident by the fact that I only met the darling Maura yesterday…but it was worth the wait!:) I am loving these photos. We met at Chestnut Hill College and explored the campus near the convent. Maura wooed the nuns, and we found some gorgeous settings for making memories.

Kathleen and Vinny~ thank you for laying your trust in me, I think you will be pleased:)

Meet the lovely Kailey

On Sunday, I met up with the beautiful Kailey and her parents. The session was given as a thank you gift by Tish to Michelle, who watches Miss Kate during the year (what a cool present!). When Michelle and I had our first consult, she described in detail her gorgeous vision for this shoot. I became very excited as we planned the details out, and though we were prepared, I had no idea what I was in for.

Kailey is only seven but she is pretty, mature, and sophisticated. Not only did she stand still (I am so not used to that!), she gave me doe eyes, smiled gently, and gazed wistfully at the ground (all without prompting!). I am so glad I met Kailey while she is still young, so I can follow her as she grows into a stunning young lady.
